Script supervisors must ensure continuity is sound for films or television series. Ensuring continuity means the script supervisor have to be watchful and mindful of any minute switch to costumes, wardrobe, make-up, sets or props.
Another great quality to own as being a script supervisor will be cool under fire. Working being a script supervisor means being injected to the middle of the action for 15 hours and hours. People would prefer to have someone around who’s even-tempered than somebody who is running around freaking out or yelling.
Script supervision isn’t the kind of career you need a film degree for. Many script supervisors manage to get thier begin by doing work for free in student and low-budget indie projects.
